The 2025 CMS Conference for Building a Healthier America will be held at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Bethesda, Maryland.

Transportation

We strongly encourage you to take public transportation or carpool to attend the conference. The accessible location of the Hyatt Regency ensures that you have various convenient transportation options to ease your travel to and from the event. The hotel is Metro accessible via the Red Line, located directly above Bethesda Station. You can plan your trip and check Metro fares on the WMATA website. Please note that first-time Metro riders will need to make a one-time purchase of $10 for a SmarTrip card ($2 for the card, $8 stored value) or use mobile pay.

We recommend using the Bethesda Station escalator to take you to the street-level plaza or the Bethesda Station elevator to take you to the street-level corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Montgomery Lane. Both locations are directly next to the Hyatt Regency. You can enter the hotel from the lobby level and use the hotel elevator to access conference registration on the Ballroom level.

Parking

For those arriving by car, the Hyatt Regency offers self-parking throughout the duration of the conference for $30 per day. Please see the front desk to validate your self-parking ticket and activate your unlimited in-and-out privileges to the garage.

Parking can also be found in the nearby area, and more affordable parking is offered in public parking garages. For more information, visit the Montgomery County Bethesda Parking Facilities webpage.

As a reminder, federal employees must utilize the most advantageous form of travel and confirm any reimbursement costs with their office.
